Refund & Cancellation Policy
This policy governs all payments made to APPHOX Technologies for ERP products, HRMS platforms, SaaS subscriptions, IT services, and project engagements.
1. General Policy
All purchases made for ERP systems, HRMS modules, SaaS products, IT development, cloud services, consulting, or digital products are considered final once the service has been initiated or access has been provisioned.
2. Software, ERP, HRMS & Digital Deliverables
Due to the nature of digital software delivery, activation keys, server provisioning, and custom implementation, payments made toward software licenses, ERP modules, HRMS components, integrations, and cloud deployment are non-refundable once delivered.
3. Monthly / Yearly SaaS Subscriptions
Subscriptions billed monthly or annually are non-refundable after activation. Customers may request cancellation at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
4. Custom Development, IT Services & Implementation Projects
Payments related to custom development, enterprise implementation, integration, UI/UX design, consulting, and cloud setup are non-refundable once work has begun.
If the project is cancelled by the client before completion, the amount for completed phases, resources allocated, and man-hours utilized will be deducted before any applicable partial refund is processed.
5. Training & Support Services
Fees for training sessions (online/offline), onboarding, or support packages are non-refundable after the training material or session delivery has started.
6. Incorrect or Duplicate Payments
If a payment is made in error or a duplicate transaction occurs, please notify us at:

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–14 business days after internal verification.
7. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks
In case of disputes, clients are required to contact APPHOX Technologies directly before raising a chargeback with their bank. Unresolved disputes may lead to suspension of service and additional verification steps.
8. Final Decision
APPHOX Technologies reserves the right to determine the final outcome of any refund or cancellation request based on service usage, work progress, and contractual agreements.
