End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. License Grant

APPHOX grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to install and use the software solely for your internal business purposes, in accordance with the applicable subscription or services agreement between your organization and APPHOX.

2. Permitted Use

You may install and use the software on devices owned or controlled by you or your organization, strictly for accessing APPHOX platforms, modules, and related services. Use is limited to the number of users, locations, or environments specified in your contract.

3. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, translate, or create derivative works of the software, except as expressly allowed.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software except where permitted by applicable law.
• Remove, obscure, or alter any proprietary notices or branding.
• Use the software for service bureau, time-sharing, or hosting for third parties.

4. Ownership

The software is licensed, not sold. APPHOX and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the software and associated intellectual property. This EULA grants you no rights other than those expressly stated.

5. Updates & Upgrades

APPHOX may provide updates, patches, or new versions of the software. Such updates may be automatically installed or require your activation. This EULA applies to all such updates, unless a different license is provided with the update.

6. Data & Privacy

The software may process data necessary for authentication, telemetry, diagnostics, or usage analytics to improve reliability and security. Data collection and processing are governed by our Privacy Policy and, where applicable, the governing services agreement.

7. Term & Termination

This EULA is effective until your organization's subscription or services engagement with APPHOX ends, or until this EULA is terminated in accordance with the primary contract. Upon termination, you must uninstall and cease all use of the software.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Except as required by law or expressly stated in a separate written agreement, the software is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

APPHOX's liability related to the software is limited as described in the applicable Master Services Agreement or other governing contract between your organization and APPHOX. In no event will APPHOX be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the software.

10. Export & Compliance

You agree to comply with all applicable export control and sanctions laws. You may not use, export or re-export the software in violation of such laws.
